Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) 2021/2022 Post-UTME / DE Registration Form

At a time when other Institutions are approaching the deadline for their 2021 post UTME screening, the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB or UNAAB) is just commencing its own.

For the 2021/2021 academic session, the management of the institution requires that all applicants choose the institution as their first choice. Candidates who didn’t pick them during the 2021 JAMB can still apply. All they need to do is obtain the JAMB change of institution form and make corrections.

FUNAAB is one of the three Universities of Agriculture in Nigeria. This explains the competition for admission among students.

The cut-off mark for 2021 UTME candidates is 160. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have a minimum of Upper Credit to stand a chance.

The pre-admission screening application fee is a sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2000) only. The entire application will be done online. This means candidates do not need to visit the school physically before applying (that is in the past).

General Eligibility for FUNAAB 2021 post UTME

All applicants (UTME & DE) must ensure they have a minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits in relevant subjects. The result must be at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. See all O’level requirements in the school brochure.

Eligibility for UTME Candidates

  • a mimimum UTME score of 160.
  • must pick FUNNAB as first choice.

Eligibility for DE Candidates

  • a minimum of Upper Credit
  • must pick the school as first choice.
  • must send transcript to FUNNAB before on or before Friday, 22nd October, 2021.

Application Deadline

The FUNAAB registration commenced on Friday, 8th October, and will be closing on Friday, 22nd October 2021.

How to Apply for the post UTME

Before applying, please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria above. According to the management, the N2000 registration fee is non-refundable.

That said, follow the application below:

  • Visit the FUNAAB admission portal https://admission.unaab.edu.ng/. Here, you will see a list of admission years, click on “Year 2021”.
  • Enter your Registration Numbers. NOTE: If you are unable to submit your registration number, it may be because:
    1. first, your registration number is incorrect or
    2. secondly, you didn’t pick FUNAAB as your first choice. JAMB has submitted the list of the candidates who picked the institution to the management. Therefore, only candidates who picked FUNAAB as their First Choice Institution can login successfully.
  • Next, proceed to make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2000.00) using either:
    1. the Remita payment method. To use the remita, generate your RRR and take it to any commercial bank for payment.
    2. online payment using any bank’s ATM.
  • After paying successfully, FUNAAB admission portal https://admission.unaab.edu.ng/ once again and complete your registration. Ensure you enter a valid contact address. This is the only means the management can notify you of any update.
  • additionally, fill in your correct O’level result and Bio data.
  • Upload a recent and clear passport photograph.
  • Submit and print your application form for evidence.

Note: Correction of any error in your form will attract a fine of One Thousand Naira (N1000.00) only. Therefore, verify all information before submitting it.

Also, note that candidates who ignore any error may miss out on admission.

Correction of Post UTME data

A fine of N1000 will be paid by candidates who wish to make changes in their application after they have submitted it. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Visit the FUNAAB Correction Data https://admission.unaab.edu.ng/2021/correction.php.
  • You will see a “Correction Login Form”. Enter your JAMB registration number.
  • Make a payement of N1000 either through Remita or ATM.
  • After successful payment, visit the FUNAAB admission portal https://admission.unaab.edu.ng/ and edit approprate information.
  • Go through your application carefully, then submit. That’s all.
